After breakfast, we will begin exploring the Lujan de Cuyo district, the birthplace of wine in Argentina, known for its iconic Malbec. The tour starts at Bodega Catena Zapata. In addition to the pyramid-inspired architecture, Catena Zapata offers magnificent views of the Andes and the surrounding vineyards. The Catena family winery symbolizes pride in their roots and a deep desire to showcase Mendoza's uniqueness as a region producing fine wines.

The next stop is Bodega Finca Decero, a newer winery with stunning views of the Andes Mountains. The privileged characteristics of the land and the climatic conditions of the area allow for the cultivation of red grapes. After the visit and tasting, we will have a gourmet lunch at the exclusive Bodega Ruca Malen, where we will enjoy their delicious cuisine along with a tasting of varietal wines. Ruca Malén works with the concept of quality, aiming to produce wines of style, elegance, and distinction.

Our tour continues with a visit to Bodega Tapiz, which was previously owned by Jess Jackson and his Kendall Jackson group. Carolina Fuller, a charming Anglo-Argentine guide with a great passion, experience, and enthusiasm for winemaking, will show and explain the vineyard planting, pruning, and harvesting techniques—guiding us through all stages of the process, from grape to bottle. Tapiz often includes a horseback ride through the vineyard. We will have dinner at Club Tapiz, located on a property built in 1890 and surrounded by vineyards. It is considered one of the best restaurants in Mendoza.

Day 3: San Pedro de Atacama, Miscanti, and Miñique

After breakfast, we will visit the exclusive high-altitude wines located in the Valle de Uco area (1.30 hours by car from the city of Mendoza). Once within the first slopes of the Andes Mountains, the Valle de Uco reaches the highest altitude where wines are produced in the province of Mendoza, reaching up to 1400 meters above sea level. The best wines are produced from grape varieties that have short maturation cycles, especially Chardonnay, Semillon, Merlot, and Pinot Noir.

Our first visit will be to Bodega Salentein, a modern winery located at the foothills of Mount Tupungato. It is known for producing one of the best Pinot Noir Reservas. We will also visit "Killka," a Convention Center, their cinema, and the Art Gallery. Next, we will enjoy a gourmet lunch at a beautiful rural house, Altus, offering a different concept of wines in the area. Our last stop is Andeluna Cellars, a winery located in one of the most breathtaking landscapes in the world. We will have a tour, tasting, and time to relax in front of the vineyards and mountains, enjoying their beautiful old-style house.

We will return to Mendoza around 6:30 pm. In the evening, we will celebrate with a dinner at Bistro M, a famous restaurant at the Park Hyatt Hotel. Bistro M serves traditional Mendocinian dishes prepared in a French style.

Day 4: After breakfast, we will head to Mendoza Airport.
